✈️ About the opportunity
As an A320 Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and on-time operations across a dynamic network. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, mentor your crew, and deliver a consistently excellent experience for every passenger.
🧭 Your mission
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Lead a collaborative, safety-first cockpit culture using TEM and SMS principles.
- Oversee flight planning, fuel and payload decisions, and weather/NOTAM assessments.
- Ensure precise, professional communication with ATC, ground teams, and cabin crew.
- Champion punctuality and service excellence, resolving operational challenges calmly and decisively.
- Coach and support First Officers; contribute to a positive multi-crew environment.
- Maintain aircraft technical awareness and uphold rigorous preflight/postflight standards.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License: Valid ATPL accepted by ECAA or an ICAO contracting state
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Hours on type: 500+ hours on the A320 family
- Type Rating: A320 type rating, current
- Currency: Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Military Service: Final exemption or release (where applicable)
- Multi-Crew Experience: Proven track record in multi-crew airline/jet operations
- Safety & Service: Evidenced commitment to safety and outstanding passenger care
