🧭 Your Mission
As an experienced line Captain, you will command A320 operations with unwavering safety, sound judgment, and calm leadership — ensuring compliance, teamwork, and a polished customer experience on every sector.
- Lead A320 commercial airline flights with a relentless focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
- Exercise decisive, data-informed judgment in dynamic and time-critical situations.
- Champion CRM, mentor the flight deck, and collaborate seamlessly with cabin crew and ground teams.
- Uphold SOPs and SMS, and drive a proactive safety and reporting culture.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Part 121: Minimum 4,000 hours in Part 121 operations.
- Type rating: Current A320 or other transport jet type rating (type-rated required).
- PIC time: At least 1,500 hours PIC on commercial jets while employed by a commercial airline.
- License: Valid ATPL — ICAO.
- Medical: Current Class 1 medical.
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4+.
Only pilots meeting all minimum criteria can be considered.
