Lead safe, on-time operations across the A320 family as a Type-Rated Captain. We’re seeking an experienced EASA professional with excellent German and English, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering a warm, world-class passenger experience.
🧭 Your mission

🧰 What you bring
- Valid, unrestricted passport with at least 6 months’ remaining validity.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong team mindset.

- Good swimming skills.
- Reliable internet connection, personal email address, and telephone availability.
- Residence within a maximum of 50 km (or 1 hour) of the assigned deployment station.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 2,500 hours on CS-25 aircraft.
- PIC in type: Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family.
- Commander experience: At least 500 hours as commander on the Airbus A320 fleet or 1,500 hours on comparable aircraft types.
- Type rating: A320 family (current and required).
- License: ATPL — open to EASA license holders.
- Medical: Class 1, valid.
- Language: Very good German and English; ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
📍 Base & deployment
You will operate from an individual deployment station; candidates must reside within 50 km (or within 1 hour) of their assigned base to support roster reliability and short-notice callouts.
🗓 Contract
This is a contract position for 2 years, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and operational needs.
