🧭 The Opportunity
As an A320 Family Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety and operational excellence, mentor a diverse crew, and deliver a smooth, on-time operation. You’ll bring disciplined decision-making, refined PIC leadership, and a meticulous approach to SOPs and regulatory compliance.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- PIC on type: 1,000 hours on A320 family
- Type rating: Required on the A320 family
- License: Unrestricted ATPL (open to ICAO or UK CAA licence holders)
- Preferred licence: UK ATPL preferred; other licences considered
- Proficiency check: Current LPC as PIC on A320 family, valid for at least 6 months from date of joining
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 6
🌟 Additional Requirements
- No Criminal Record: Certificate required after passing the interview
- Incident/Accident Report: Clear report issued within 6 months of contract start

- Champion safety reporting, continuous improvement, and operational discipline
