As a Type‑Rated Captain on the Airbus A320 family, you will command line operations, mentor flight deck teams, and uphold the highest safety and compliance standards. This role suits confident leaders with proven decision‑making in dynamic, multi‑sector operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total flight time: 5,000+ hours
  • PIC time on A320 family: 1,000+ hours
  • Type rating: Current on Airbus A320 family (PIC)
  • Valid License Proficiency Check (LPC): Current as PIC on A320, with at least 6 months validity from the date of joining with RB
  • Licence: ATPL — ICAO or UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6

🌟 Preferred profile

  • UK ATPL preferred (other ICAO‑compliant licences will be considered)
  • Strong leadership, CRM, and threat & error management in high‑tempo A320 ops

🛡️ Compliance & documentation

To progress post‑interview, you will be required to submit:

  • No Criminal Record: Certificate submitted after passing the interview
  • No Incident/Accident Report: Issued within 6 months at the start of contract
