🧭 The opportunity
As Captain, you’ll exercise command of A320 operations from preflight to shutdown, setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and passenger confidence. You’ll drive operational excellence through decisive leadership, crisp SOP execution, and collaborative CRM, ensuring every sector is flown to the highest standards.
🧰 What you will do
- Lead end-to-end A320 flight operations, upholding company SOPs and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Exercise sound judgment and command authority in dynamic, time-critical environments.
- Champion a safety-first culture, applying TEM and robust risk management in every phase of flight.
- Optimize flight planning, fuel, and performance while maintaining on-time performance and passenger experience.
- Coach and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, nurturing strong teamwork and clear communication.
- Maintain currency, complete required training and checks, and ensure accurate operational reporting.
🌟 What you bring
- Flight time: Minimum of 4,000 hours on A320 type or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons with FMC, EFIS or glass cockpit; plus 2,000 hours PIC on the same.
- Licensing: Valid ATPL (EASA / FAA / ICAO accepted) and Class 1 Medical.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type-Rated: Current A320 type rating (or qualifying heavy turbojet >30t experience as noted).
- Record: Impeccable safety and compliance history with no record of flight accident, serious incident, or criminal record.
- Professionalism: Exemplary airmanship, leadership, and CRM skills with a calm, customer-focused approach.
