🧭 Your mission
- Command A320 family operations in full compliance with company SOPs, GACA, and ICAO regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the flight deck crew; champion a safety-first culture and disciplined CRM.
- Exercise sound judgment in flight planning, fuel strategy, and operational decision-making.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight briefings; ensure accurate documentation and timely technical reports.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, ground, and ATC to deliver on-time performance.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- PIC on A320 Family: 800 hours
- Type Rating: A320 family — current and valid
- License: ATPL (GACA KSA or ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
