Step into a permanent command on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking a calm, decisive, and type-rated Captain who delivers safe, efficient operations and inspires confidence on every sector.
🧭 The Mission
Command safe and on-time A320 operations while leading your crew with professionalism and care. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, uphold SOPs, make sound decisions under pressure, and ensure a smooth journey for customers and crew alike.
- Exercise command in full compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Lead flight planning, fuel and payload decisions, and all operational briefings.
- Champion safety, CRM, and threat & error management across the operation.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency situations with composure and clarity.
- Mentor first officers, fostering a learning culture and strong team performance.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- PIC in Type: 500 hours on the A320 family (PIC)
- Type Rating: Current and valid on A320 family (type-rated)
- License: Valid ATPL — CAAV or ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: High school diploma or higher
