Step into a permanent command on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking a seasoned, type-rated leader to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations with a safety-first mindset and exemplary CRM.
🧭 Your mission
- Command A320 family operations in accordance with Part 121 (or equivalent) regulations and company SOPs.
- Lead a multi-crew flight deck with exemplary CRM, TEM, and a just culture ethos.
- Deliver on-time, efficient operations while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Mentor crew members, support continuous improvement, and uphold customer experience excellence.
- Exercise sound judgment in normal and non-normal operations, with robust decision-making under pressure.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 4000+ hours in commercial airline operations (Part 121 or equivalent)
- PIC time: 1500+ hours as Pilot-in-Command on commercial jets while employed by a commercial airline
- Type rating: Required — A320 or other transport jet type rating
- Licence: Valid ATPL (ICAO)
- Medical: Current Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Only pilots meeting all minimums will be progressed to assessment.
