Lead from the left seat on the Airbus A320 Family. This is a permanent opportunity for experienced captains, with full type training provided for non–type-rated pilots.

✈️ Role overview

As Captain on the A320 Family, you will command safe, efficient operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship. You will mentor crew, champion SOPs, and deliver a reliable, passenger-focused experience across a dynamic network.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • License: Current ATPL issued by PCAA.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher.
  • Total Time: 5,000 hours minimum.
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours minimum.
  • Turbine Time: 1,000 hours minimum.
  • Flight Time Notes: Minimum 1,000 hrs as P1/PIC on transport jet/turboprop with MTOW Category B (5,700 kg to 40,000 kg) or higher.
  • Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided.

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Type Rating: A320 Family type rating preferred.
  • Instructor/Examiner: TRI/TRE and/or SFI/SFE endorsements on ATPL are highly regarded.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Exercise command on the Airbus A320 Family in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor flight crew, fostering a just culture and high-performance cockpit environment.
  • Ensure rigorous preflight planning, performance and fuel management, and sound operational decision-making.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards, including disciplined checklist use and threat-and-error management.
  • Collaborate with OCC, Engineering, and Cabin teams to deliver safe, punctual operations and excellent customer experience.

🎓 Training and currency

  • Type Training: Full A320 type rating provided for non–type-rated Captains (subject to selection and regulatory approvals).
  • Recurrent: Structured recurrent training and checking to maintain proficiency and regulatory currency.

📄 Documents to submit

  • Updated CV/resume.
  • Copy of ATPL (PCAA) and ratings pages.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • ICAO ELP certificate (Level 4+).
  • Last three pages of logbook with totals (TT, PIC, turbine, aircraft types, and recent experience).
  • Passport/National ID and proof of work authorization (as applicable).
