Bring your command experience to a modern, high‑utilization A320 family operation. We welcome seasoned captains ready to lead safe, on‑time flights and mentor crews—whether you’re type rated or joining via our provided A320 training pathway (NTR).
🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain, you will set the tone for safety, professionalism, and customer care on every sector. You’ll lead a skilled flight deck, collaborate closely with cabin and ground teams, and apply sound judgement in both routine and dynamic conditions to deliver operational excellence.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 1,000 hours
- Turbine time: 1,000 hours
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted license authority: PCAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
Flight time note: Minimum 1,000 hrs PIC on transport jet/turboprop aircraft with MTOW Category B (5,700–40,000 kg) or higher.
🌟 Preferred Profile
- Current A320 type rating
- TRI/TRE and/or SFI/SFE endorsement on your ATPL
Preference will be given to type‑rated Captains and those with instructor/examiner endorsements.
🧑✈️ Training & Onboarding
Non‑Type Rated Captains are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive A320 family training is provided, including ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training to ensure a confident, compliant transition to line operations.
