✈️ The Role

As Captain on the A320 family, you will set the standard for operational excellence, champion safety, and deliver a consistently professional passenger experience.

  • Exercise safe, compliant, and efficient command from preflight to postflight across all phases of operation.
  • Lead the flight deck and cabin teams with strong CRM, mentoring, and clear decision-making.
  • Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices at all times.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture, including robust threat and error management.

🧭 Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 1,000 hours
  • Jet time: 1,000 hours
  • Flight time notes: Minimum 1,000 hours as Captain on airline jet aircraft
  • Recency: At least 200 flight hours in the past 12 months

🧰 Licenses & Medical

  • License: Valid ATPL or CPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Open to license holders: UAEAC
  • Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided

📋 Additional Requirements

  • Background certificate: Able to provide background/clearance documentation
  • Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor
  • Travel documents: Valid passport

🌟 Transition & Training

Non‑type‑rated Captains are welcome. You’ll receive structured A320 family training and support to ensure a confident transition onto type, with a strong emphasis on SOPs, CRM, and safety performance.
