Lead from the left seat on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking seasoned jet Captains with a safety-first mindset to join on a permanent basis. Bring your proven command experience—we’ll provide the A320 type training to help you transition smoothly onto the fleet.
✈️ The Role
As Captain on the A320 family, you will set the standard for operational excellence, champion safety, and deliver a consistently professional passenger experience.
- Exercise safe, compliant, and efficient command from preflight to postflight across all phases of operation.
- Lead the flight deck and cabin teams with strong CRM, mentoring, and clear decision-making.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices at all times.
- Foster a proactive safety culture, including robust threat and error management.
🧭 Minimum Flight Experience
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 1,000 hours
- Jet time: 1,000 hours
- Flight time notes: Minimum 1,000 hours as Captain on airline jet aircraft
- Recency: At least 200 flight hours in the past 12 months
🧰 Licenses & Medical
- License: Valid ATPL or CPL
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Open to license holders: UAEAC
- Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided
📋 Additional Requirements
- Background certificate: Able to provide background/clearance documentation
- Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor
- Travel documents: Valid passport
🌟 Transition & Training
Non‑type‑rated Captains are welcome. You’ll receive structured A320 family training and support to ensure a confident transition onto type, with a strong emphasis on SOPs, CRM, and safety performance.
