🧭 Your Mission
Lead safe, punctual, and passenger‑focused operations on the A320 family. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, uphold SOPs, mentor your crew, and deliver consistently excellent decision‑making from pushback to parking.
- Execute all phases of flight to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate calm, informed leadership and sound judgement in dynamic environments.
- Champion SOP discipline, briefings, and effective CRM across the operation.
- Embrace continuous training, including A320 type training and recurrent checks.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Total flight time: 3,000+ hours.
- Command experience: 1,000 hours as airline jet Captain or 3,000 hours as ATR Captain.
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Authority accepted: Open to license holders from UAEAC.
- Background: Valid background certificate.
- Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor.
- Travel: Valid passport.
