Airbus A320 Captain — Non‑Type Rated Welcome (Training Provided)

Step into the left seat and set the standard for safety, leadership, and operational excellence. This direct-entry Captain role welcomes experienced airline pilots from heavy, full-EFIS platforms, with tailored A320 family training provided for those without a current type rating (NTR).

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Flight Time Notes: Minimum 3,000 hours in full EFIS aircraft over 30 tons
• License: ATPL
• Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided) — NTR welcome
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Open to Licence Holders: AAC
• Additional: A valid passport is essential

• A320 family experience or an A320 capacity/type rating (desirable)
• Proven flight deck leadership and strong CRM/TEM practice
• Consistent record of safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP adherence

• Command A320 family operations with a safety-first mindset and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, brief, and mentor crew, fostering effective CRM and a Just Culture.
• Execute thorough flight planning, performance, and fuel management.
• Manage normal and non-normal procedures with sound judgment and TEM.
• Maintain currency and complete required checks, training, and documentation.

Structured A320 family training will be provided to successful Captains without a current type rating. Expect a high-quality program designed to transition experienced heavy-EFIS pilots efficiently and safely to the Airbus narrow-body platform.
