🧭 Your Mission

Lead safe, efficient and passenger‑focused operations on the Airbus A320 family. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, champion SOPs, and collaborate closely with crew and operations to deliver on-time performance and a great customer experience.

🧰 Training Pathway (NTR)

• A320 Type Rating: Delivered by Volotea’s ATO
• Progression: Upon successfully passing the course, you’ll transition to a French contract and start line flying from an assigned base
• Support: Structured training, coaching and line orientation to set you up for success on type

📏 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC time: 500 hours
• License: ATPL — EASA holders
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)

• Safety record: No history of accident/incident
• Passport: Valid passport
