A320 Family Captain (Type Rating Provided)

🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will command A320 family operations in compliance with airline SOPs, regulations, and the highest safety standards. You will set the tone for performance, mentor the flight deck, and ensure every sector is flown safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Exercise full PIC authority for scheduled Part 121 air carrier operations.
• Lead threat and error management, briefings, and decision-making across all phases of flight.
• Uphold company policies, regulatory compliance, and a just culture of safety.
• Coach and develop First Officers; foster a collaborative, professional cockpit environment.
• Represent the airline with polished customer focus and operational excellence.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Total time: 4,500 hours minimum
• Jet PIC: 1,500 hours minimum
• Part 121: 3,000 hours minimum
• Airline jet captain time: Minimum 1,500 hours
• Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: ANAC (Arg.)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4

🎯 Training & Onboarding
