Lead from the left seat on the Airbus A320 family and bring your proven jet command experience to a high-performance, multi-crew operation. If you meet the experience requirements and hold an ANAC license, we’ll invest in your full A320 type training.
🧭 Your mission
- Command A320 family operations with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments—managing weather, performance, fuel, and operational decisions in line with company SOPs and regulations.
- Lead the flight deck through effective CRM, mentoring and empowering the crew to deliver a consistently great passenger experience.
- Champion standardization, timely reporting, and continuous improvement across all phases of flight.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: ANAC ATPL or CPL
- Medical: Class 1 and current medical certificate of fitness (CMA)
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Certificates: Restricted radiotelephone operator certificate
- Travel: Valid passport
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command: 1,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
- Jet time: 1,000 hours
- Command on heavy jet: Minimum 1,000 hours as commander on a multi-engine, multi-crew commercial jet with MTOW > 50 tons
- Recent experience: Minimum 200 hours in the last 12 months
- Type rating: Not required — full A320 training provided
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
- Open to license holders: ANAC
Candidates must meet all minimums to be considered.
🌟 Training and progression
- A320 family type rating provided for selected candidates (NTR).
- Comprehensive ground school, full-flight simulator training, and line training to proficiency.
- Standardization to company SOPs with ongoing recurrent training and checks.
