Join our flight deck as an experienced leader. We’re offering permanent employment for seasoned jet captains ready to command the Airbus A320 family. Non‑type‑rated applicants are welcome; full type training is provided.
🧭 Your mission
As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations on the A320 family, championing SOPs, CRM, and a just‑culture mindset while mentoring First Officers and collaborating with cabin and ground teams.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 4,500 hours
- Jet PIC: 1,500 hours
- Part 121: 3,000 hours
- Flight time notes: Minimum 1,500 hours as an airline jet Captain
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: ANAC (Arg.)
- Medical: Class 1 (CMA)
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Language requirement: English and Spanish

- License validity certificate: Current
- Medical fitness: Valid Class 1 CMA
- Passport: Valid passport

🛫 Training and onboarding
Type rating and differences training for the Airbus A320 family are provided to successful candidates who are not currently type‑rated. You will complete a structured program leading to type endorsement and line release.
