🧭 The role
As A320 Captain, you will assume overall responsibility for flight safety and compliance, lead and mentor your crew, and deliver an exceptional, on-time operation. You’ll make sound, timely decisions, communicate clearly in a multicultural cockpit, and adapt to changing conditions with confidence and composure.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: EASA
- Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Languages: Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Personal attributes: High flexibility and resilience
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
🌟 Nice to have
- Experience: Long-haul flight experience is an advantage
