✈️ The Opportunity
As an A320 Captain, you’ll set the operational tone for every sector—driving safety, service, and efficiency while mentoring a high-performing flight deck team. This is a direct-entry command role designed for experienced Captains from airline jets or ATR fleets who are ready to transition to the Airbus narrow-body with full training support.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command A320 operations, ensuring uncompromising adherence to SOPs, TEM, and company policies.
- Exercise sound judgment and decisive leadership across all phases of flight and irregular operations.
- Champion a just culture of safety reporting, continuous improvement, and procedural discipline.
- Mentor First Officers and support standardization through coaching and debriefs.
- Coordinate effectively with OCC, ATC, ground handlers, and cabin crew for on-time, safe performance.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, fuel strategy, and performance calculations.
- Uphold security procedures and regulatory compliance in every destination.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Flight Experience: 3,000+ total hours; plus either 1,000 hours as airline jet Captain or 3,000 hours as ATR Captain.
- Licensing: Valid CPL with IR and ME; accepted authority: UAEAC.
- Medical: Current Class 1.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Background: Background certificate and a clean safety record with no accidents/incidents attributable to pilot factor.
- Travel: Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
🌟 Training & Transition
Non-type rated Captains are welcome. You’ll complete a structured Airbus A320 transition, including ground school, FFS sessions, and supervised line flying to full release. Ongoing recurrent training, LOFT, and proficiency checks keep you current and sharp.
