As Captain on the Airbus A320, you will set the standard on the flight deck—delivering operational excellence, mentoring crew, and ensuring every sector is flown safely and smoothly.

  • Command A320 family operations in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise sound judgment, decisive leadership, and robust threat-and-error management.
  • Champion CRM best practice and foster a proactive safety culture within the crew.
  • Maintain punctuality and service quality while safeguarding safety and compliance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • PIC in type: 1,000 hours (Airbus A320 family)
  • In type: 5,000 hours (total on A320 family)
  • Type rating: Required and current on A320 family
  • Currency: Last flight on type within the last twelve months
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5
