Step into a permanent Captaincy on our Airbus A320 family as a Direct Entry hire. Choose the contract that suits your lifestyle—either 100% full-time or a flexible 83.3% seasonal part-time pattern—while flying from our Copenhagen base. No current A320 type rating? Training is provided.
Non‑Scandinavian EASA licences accepted; conversion required prior to course start.
🧭 Your base and roster
Fly from Copenhagen with a seasonal roster designed for balance. The 83.3% contract rosters at 100% during summer and December, then 50–75% for the remainder of the year. Prefer full-time? Select the 100% option for consistent year‑round flying.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 4,000+ hours
- Turbine: 2,000+ hours
- Turbine PIC: 1,000+ hours
- Recent experience: 2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high‑speed turboprops
- Command experience: 1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T
- Seasonal ops: Demonstrated winter operations experience
- Licence: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 5
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
