TUS Airways Ltd is looking for accomplished captains to support our growing operations. As a Direct Entry Captain on the A320 family, you will lead safe, efficient flights, set the standard for operational excellence, and mentor the next generation of flight crew.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command Airbus A320 family operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
• Execute flights in accordance with company SOPs, EASA regulations, and all applicable manuals.
• Exercise sound judgment and leadership, ensuring effective CRM and a just culture on every sector.
• Coach and mentor flight crew, fostering a high-performance, team-first environment.
• Maintain currency and readiness for training, checking, and recurrent requirements.

🧰 What You Bring

• Jet PIC: Minimum 1000 hours
• Flight Time Notes: Minimum of 1000 hours as Pilot in Command on jet-powered, Performance A aircraft over 50T MTOW
• Type Rating: Airbus A320 family (required)
• Currency: Currently flying the Airbus A320 family
• License: EASA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Travel Documents: Valid passport
• Background: Clean criminal record
