Step into the left seat of the Airbus A320 on a permanent contract. We’re seeking a current, type-rated Captain with proven command experience to deliver safe, efficient operations and outstanding leadership. EASA, FAA, and ICAO licenses are welcome, and visa sponsorship is provided.
🧭 Your mission
Take command of A320 operations, champion a robust safety culture, and mentor your crew while delivering on-time, passenger-focused performance.
- Operate the A320 in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Exercise decisive leadership, applying sound judgment in dynamic conditions.
- Embed exemplary CRM and empower a high-performing flight deck.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless, efficient turnarounds.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- Jet Time: 2,000 hours
- PIC on Type: 1,000 hours on A320
- Type Rating: A320 type rating required and current
- License: ATPL (EASA, FAA, or ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
