A350 First Officer — Direct Entry (Type-Rated)

🧭 The role

Operate the Airbus A350 XWB in a multi-crew, multi-sector environment, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You’ll work within robust SOPs, contribute to a just culture, and support a high standard of CRM while mentoring and leading within the flight deck when required.

• Execute all phases of flight to the highest safety and compliance standards
• Uphold airline SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement and safety reporting
• Demonstrate strong CRM, leadership potential, and team orientation in daily operations
• Maintain currency through SIM events, line checks, and ongoing proficiency

🧰 What you bring

• EASA Part-FCL ATPL with valid Class 1 Medical
• A350 or A330 type rating (accepted if expired by up to 12 months)
• Previously held or currently hold an A320 type rating
• Complete, verifiable proof of flying experience, including current SIM and line checks
• Language skills: German C1 and English B2 / ICAO Level 4 or higher
• Impeccable reputation with an honest, team‑oriented personality and clear leadership qualities
• Valid passport and the ability to travel as required

🌟 Minimum requirements & flight time

• In Type: Minimum 1000 hours
• Widebody time: At least 1000 hours on A350 or 2000 hours on A330
• Type Rating: Required (A350/A330)
• License: EASA ATPL (Part-FCL)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
