RwandAir is inviting experienced A320‑qualified pilots to step up to widebody operations as an A330 First Officer (Second‑in‑Command). Through an approved CCQ transition, successful candidates will progress from their A320 family experience to the A330 fleet based in Kigali.
🧭 About the opportunity
This vacancy is for the A330 destination role. Applicants must already hold an A320 family type rating and will complete RwandAir’s approved CCQ pathway. Upon selection and qualification, you will operate as A330 SIC and report to the Chief Pilot.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Valid ATPL with A320 family type rating.
- Valid Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Level 4 or above.
- At least 1,500 hours total time.
- Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family.
- Provide a no‑accident/no‑incident letter or certificate.
- Ability to present original or authenticated documents if shortlisted.
- Selection and qualification subject to RwandAir and RCAA requirements.
🌟 Preferred
- Recent A320 operations within the preceding 12 months.
🧭 What you will do
- Serve as A330 Second‑in‑Command following successful selection and CCQ.
- Report directly to the Chief Pilot.
