• Operate the Airbus A320neo as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and threat-and-error management across all phases of flight.
• Deliver a calm, professional passenger experience with timely, customer-focused decisions.
• Work seamlessly with the Captain and cabin crew using effective CRM and clear communication.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
• Embrace training, recurrent checks, and continuous improvement as part of our high-performance culture.
• Represent Marabu Airlines positively on the line and at all partner airports.

🧰 What you bring

• Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL (A), or CPL (A) with ATPL credit, or MPL (A) without operator bonding; with valid IR and ME.
• Type rating: Current A320 family type rating (required).
• Medical: EASA Class 1.
• Language: ICAO English Level 5 or higher.
• Flight time: No minimum hours required (a limited number of cadet positions available).
• Teamwork: Strong collaborator with excellent CRM and communication skills.
• Eligibility: Open to EASA licence holders. Visa sponsorship is not provided; unrestricted right to live and work in the role location required.
