- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel/risk management to ensure on-time, safe operations.
- Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting hazards, supporting CRM, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Deliver a calm, professional cabin experience, collaborating closely with cabin crew to exceed passenger expectations.
- Prepare for command through recurrent training, line checks, and leadership on the flight deck.
🧰 What You Bring
- A valid ATPL (license holders from ECAA and ICAO accepted).
- Current A320 family type rating with recent operational experience.
- Proven track record in multi-crew, commercial airline operations.
- A commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional passenger service.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or higher.
- Military Service: Final exemption or formal release (where applicable).
📏 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 3,700+ hours
- Type Rating: A320 family — required
- Currency: Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
- License: ATPL
- Open to License Holders: ECAA, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
