🧭 Your Mission

  • Operate A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently in a multi-crew environment as PF/PM, upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel/risk management to ensure on-time, safe operations.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting hazards, supporting CRM, and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a calm, professional cabin experience, collaborating closely with cabin crew to exceed passenger expectations.
  • Prepare for command through recurrent training, line checks, and leadership on the flight deck.

🧰 What You Bring

  • A valid ATPL (license holders from ECAA and ICAO accepted).
  • Current A320 family type rating with recent operational experience.
  • Proven track record in multi-crew, commercial airline operations.
  • A commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional passenger service.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or higher.
  • Military Service: Final exemption or formal release (where applicable).

📏 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,700+ hours
  • Type Rating: A320 family — required
  • Currency: Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
  • License: ATPL
  • Open to License Holders: ECAA, ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
