✈️ Role overview
As a Senior First Officer on the A320, you will operate in a multi-crew, high-performance environment, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, safety, and customer care. You will support the Captain, mentor colleagues, and consistently deliver smooth, efficient operations while preparing for a structured upgrade to command when performance and regulatory criteria are met.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the A320 in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
- Exercise sound judgement and leadership as SFO, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight.
- Champion safety through effective CRM, threat and error management, and proactive reporting.
- Deliver an exceptional passenger experience through smooth operations and professional communication.
- Maintain personal proficiency, recency, and training compliance to command-ready standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,700 hours minimum
- Type rating: Current A320 type rating (required)
- Currency: Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months
- License: Valid ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: ECAA, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Experience: Proven track record in multi-crew environments
- Additional requirements: Final exemption or release from military service
- Safety & service: Demonstrated commitment to safety and exceptional passenger experiences
