We’re seeking confident A320 pilots who are ready to take the next step. If you bring strong leadership potential, excellent crew resource management, and solid time on type, you’ll be supported through a focused command course designed to transition you to Captain in short order.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Total time: 2,500 hours
In type (A320 family): 1,000 hours
Type rating: A320 required
Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
Accepted authority: EASA only
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
