🧰 Minimum Requirements
- EASA License: Valid ATPL or MPL.
- Medical: Current Class 1.
- Type Rating: Not required—A320 training provided (NTR welcome).
- Language: Proficiency in English and Faroese; ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Work Authorization: Ability to work without visa sponsorship.

- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in full compliance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across all phases of flight.

- Conduct thorough preflight preparation, including performance, fuel, and weather assessments.
- Champion a strong safety culture using SMS and TEM principles.
