✈️ Join the Flight Deck as an A320 First Officer
Bring your Airbus expertise to a safety-focused flight deck. As a Type-Rated A320 First Officer, you’ll operate across the Airbus A320 family, uphold rigorous standards, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with company policies and international aviation regulations.
- Support the Captain through all phases of flight including preflight planning, briefings, and checklists.
- Monitor aircraft systems, performance, and flight progress to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Promote a just culture and contribute to safety management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and professional standards in line with regulatory requirements.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,000 hours minimum
- In type (A320): 1,500 hours minimum
- Type rating: Required (A320)
- Last flight on A320: Within 6 months during the licensing period
- License: ATPL
- Open to license holders: CAAV and ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
Note: A320 First Officers with under 2,000 total flight hours will be required to complete a probationary period and extra training.
🌟 Additional requirements
- CAA authentication letter: Letter of authentication from the Civil Aviation Authority of the CPL/ATPL’s country of origin, including the name and email address of the CAA Licensing Officer.
- Recommendation/Release: Recommendation Letter or Release Letter from previous airline(s).
- Criminal record: Issued within the last 6 months and notarized by the Vietnam Embassy in the country of origin.
- Safety record: No history of accident/incident within the past 5 years.
