Take your seat on the Airbus A320 family with a professional, safety-first team. This is a 2-year renewable contract, open to NTR candidates with training provided. You’ll operate in a bilingual environment (German/English) and uphold the highest standards of a modern European airline.

🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the Airbus A320 family to the highest safety, compliance and customer service standards.
  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight, maintaining exemplary CRM and communication.
  • Execute precise preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings and checklists.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, weather and operational data; manage threats and errors proactively.
  • Contribute to an open, respectful team culture and an on-time, reliable operation.

🧰 Training & type rating

Type rating is not required for application. For selected NTR candidates, A320 type rating and transition training will be provided, followed by supervised line flying in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
  • Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Level 4 (or higher).
  • Languages: Very good German and English.
  • Passport: Minimum 6 months validity.
  • Residence: Live within 50 km (about 1 hour) of the assigned base.
  • Connectivity: Reliable internet, personal email address and phone availability.
  • Visa: Sponsorship not provided; ability to work at base location is required.
