Lauda Europe, part of the Ryanair Group, is recruiting A320 Rated and Airbus CCQ Experienced First Officers to join Europe’s largest airline group. 🧭 Where you’ll fly

Operate from a range of Lauda Europe bases across the network. Expect a vibrant, pan‑European operation with high utilisation, clear SOPs, and a supportive training culture.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 1,200 hours
On CS25 aircraft: Minimum 1,000 hours
On type: Minimum 800 hours on the A320 Family / A330 / A340 (or a combination across these types)
Type rating: A320 / A330 / A340 rating listed on your licence (EASA)
Currency: Operated on A320/A330/A340 within the 36 months prior to the course start date
Validity window: Application must be within 36 months of the most recent A320/A330/A340 “Valid Until” date in Section XII “Certificate of Revalidation” (rating must not have expired for longer than 3 years at OCC/CCQ course commencement)
Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
Medical: EASA Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher

Important: Candidates who hold an A320 type rating but do not meet the minimum experience requirements (1,200 hours total time, 1,000 hours on CS25 aircraft, and at least 800 hours on the A320 Family/A330/A340) will not be considered. Such candidates are encouraged to apply for an alternative role within the Ryanair Group that matches their qualifications and experience.
