🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Airbus A320 family to the highest safety and SOP standards, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight.
• Execute accurate flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
• Apply strong CRM, situational awareness, and sound decision‑making in dynamic conditions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cabin and ground teams to deliver a reliable, professional service.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• A320 family type rating (type‑rated).
• Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME.
• Valid Class 1 medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.

🔎 Additional requirements

• EASA Operator Conversion Course (OCC) completed with an airline.
• No‑incident/accident certificate issued by the authority or previous employer.
• No criminal record.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to work without visa sponsorship; you must hold the unrestricted right to live and work where you will be based.
