🧭 The opportunity
As a First Officer on the A320 Family, you will operate to the highest standards of professionalism, partnering with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, on-time, and compliant operations. You will apply robust pre-flight preparation, disciplined SOP adherence, and effective CRM across all phases of flight.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Hours on type: Minimum 500 hours on the A320 Family.
- Currency: Flown the relevant aeroplane type within the last 12 months.
- Licence held: Current UK-issued CAA Flight Crew Licence ATPL (A), fATPL (A), MPL; or hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” (routes 3, 4, 5 or 6).
- Accepted licences: EASA, UK CAA.
- Ratings: Valid A320 type rating with IR and ME.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 6.
- Passport: Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining before expiry.
