A320 Family First Officer – Direct Entry (Type-Rated)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate A320 family aircraft as PF/PM in full compliance with company SOPs, manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Execute end-to-end flight duties from pre-flight planning and performance calculations to secure shutdown, prioritising safety and operational excellence.
• Apply effective CRM and threat-and-error management, making sound decisions in dynamic, time-critical situations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Captain, cabin crew, dispatch, engineering and ATC to ensure an outstanding and safe passenger experience.
• Champion fuel-efficient techniques within policy and contribute to on-time performance.
• Maintain personal proficiency, currency and compliance with training and checking requirements.

🧾 Licensing, hours and currency

• Licences accepted: UK CAA or EASA
• Licence held: Current UK-issued ATPL (A), fATPL (A) or MPL; or hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA third country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements (routes 3, 4, 5 or 6)
• Type rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating (type-rated, direct entry)
• Minimum on type: 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
• Currency: Flown the A320 family within the last 12 months
• Required ratings: IR and ME
• Medical: Valid Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 6
