• Execute all PF/PM duties to standard, including precise checklist discipline and CRM.
• Prepare, brief, and monitor each phase of flight with outstanding situational awareness and threat/error management.
• Configure and manage FMS, performance data, and navigation to ensure accurate, timely decision-making.
• Support abnormal and emergency procedures with composed, decisive actions and crystal-clear communication.
• Champion transparency, teamwork, and safety reporting to strengthen a just, high-trust culture.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• Type Rating: Current/valid on Airbus A320 Family (Type-Rated required)
• In-Type Hours: Minimum 500 hours
• Flight Time Notes: Minimum 500 hours on A320F for Vietnamese pilots; minimum 1500 hours on A320F for foreign pilots
• Licences: CPL with IR and ME (CAAV or ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
