🧭 The role

As a First Officer on the A320 family, you will support the Captain in the safe, legal, and efficient operation of every flight under GACA regulations and company SOPs, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Conduct all phases of flight from preflight planning to postflight in full compliance with procedures
Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and sound operational decision-making
Champion the highest safety standards while contributing to a punctual, reliable operation
Represent flyadeal with professionalism, teamwork, and customer care on every sector

🧰 Minimum requirements

Flight time: Minimum 1500 validated hours on turbojet aircraft equipped with FMC, EFIS or glass cockpit
Aircraft experience: Current A320 type rating is welcomed but not required; experience on turbojet aircraft over 30 tons is acceptable
Licenses: CPL with IR and ME
Accepted authorities: GACA or ICAO-compliant licenses
Medical: Class 1
Language: ELP Level 4 or higher
Record: No flight accident or incident record and no criminal record

Type rating training will be provided to successful non-type-rated candidates.
