✈️ The opportunity
As a First Officer on the A320 family, you will operate short- and medium-haul services, uphold the highest standards of airmanship, and contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellent customer care. This is a permanent position with type rating training provided for qualified, non–type-rated pilots.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Perform thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Apply robust CRM, threat and error management, and decision‑making throughout all phases of flight.
- Maintain high personal standards, documentation, and compliance for audits and recurrent checks.
- Work closely with cabin and flight operations teams to deliver a safe, punctual, and professional service.
- Engage in continuous training and checking, including simulator sessions and line checks.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total turbine time: 600 h
- Aircraft experience: 600 h on aircraft with MTOW > 5.7 t
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, ME, MCC, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
- German language: Very good skills; if not native/everyday language, minimum B2 must be demonstrated
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Travel documents: Current passport
- Record: Impeccable background suitable for aviation security clearance
- Vaccinations: Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID‑19, yellow fever, etc.)
- COVID‑19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
- Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided
- Open to: Holders of EASA licences
