Step onto a modern flight deck and help deliver safe, efficient operations as a First Officer on the Airbus A320 family. We welcome non–type-rated pilots and provide full training for successful candidates.
🧭 The role
As a First Officer on the A320 family, you will support the safe and punctual operation of our flights, working closely with the Captain and cabin crew. You will apply rigorous airmanship, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making to deliver a smooth experience for our customers while upholding the highest safety standards.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the Airbus A320 family in full compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate proactively with the Captain and crew, contributing to a positive, respectful team environment.
- Exercise structured, analytical thinking; solve problems and take initiative under stressful or dynamic conditions.
- Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Champion a safety-first mindset and continuous improvement on every sector.
🌟 What you bring
- License: EASA ATPL (frozen) with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- PIC time: Minimum 70 hours
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Track record of teamwork and collaboration in multi-crew environments
- Structured, analytical thinker with strong situational awareness
- Calm, solutions-focused approach when operating under pressure
- Open, honest, and respectful communicator
Open to EASA license holders. Candidates must have the right to live and work in the country of employment; visa sponsorship is not provided.
🎓 Training & progression
NTR welcome. Successful candidates will receive A320 family type rating training, followed by recurrent training and ongoing development to support safe and consistent performance.
