A320 Family Direct Entry Captain (NTR Welcome) – Global Airways Lithuania

As a Direct Entry Captain on the A320 Family, you will lead safe, efficient ACMI operations across a dynamic network. You’ll set the standard for safety, CRM, and service while enjoying structured rotations and a supportive training environment that welcomes experienced captains without an A320 type rating.

Our seasonal ACMI flying is primarily in Northern Hemisphere countries such as Turkey, Greece, Armenia, Moldova, and Czechia, with additional operations in South Africa during the Southern Hemisphere season.

• License: ATPL (EASA or SACAA)
• Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours as PIC on aircraft >20T
• Type Rating: Not required — A320 Family training provided
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship provided
• Proven safety leadership, sound decision-making, and strong CRM
• Flexibility to operate in varied locations and schedules typical of ACMI assignments

• Predictable rotations: 6–8 weeks on, 3–4 weeks off
