Step into the left seat on the A320 Family. We’re offering a permanent Captain upgrade opportunity for experienced large-aircraft pilots. If you bring the hours and leadership, we’ll provide the type rating.
✈️ Role snapshot
As A320 Family Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient line operations, set a high standard of airmanship, and foster a culture of teamwork and compliance on the flight deck. You’ll exercise sound judgment, mentor colleagues, and ensure operational excellence across all phases of flight.
🧭 Minimum qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4,500 total flight hours on CS‑25 aircraft
- License: Valid EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Confident English, minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4
- Type Rating: Not required (NTR). Training provided upon selection.
🧰 Preferred credentials
- Valid A320 or A220 Type Rating
- Recent multi-crew, multi-engine jet experience in commercial operations
- Demonstrated leadership in high-tempo, SOP-driven environments
🧭 Eligibility & additional requirements
- Education: General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife or equivalent)
- Right to work: EU citizenship or an unrestricted EU residence and work permit
- Passport: Valid passport with unlimited validity; if non‑EU, no stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport
- English: Confident verbal and written skills (at least ICAO Level 4)
