Step into a permanent command role on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking a safety‑focused, commercially minded Captain who leads from the left seat, inspires great crew performance, and delivers a smooth, on‑time operation.

🧭 Your Mission

  • Lead safe, efficient A320 operations in full compliance with EASA regulations, company SOPs, and high customer service standards.
  • Exercise decisive command, applying Threat & Error Management and sound judgement in all phases of flight.
  • Champion CRM and a Just Culture; mentor and develop flight deck and cabin colleagues.
  • Deliver thorough planning and briefings; coordinate seamlessly with OCC, ATC, ground, and cabin teams.
  • Leverage EFB/FMS and operational data to optimise performance while prioritising safety and compliance.
  • Manage irregular operations, weather, and technical scenarios with calm, clear communication.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • In-Type Experience: 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
  • Type Rating: A320 type rating (current)
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

  • EASA Operator Conversion Course: Completed with an airline
  • Safety Record: No‑incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
  • Background: No criminal record
  • Driving License: Valid
