🧭 Role overview
As an A320 Family Captain, you will lead safe, efficient short- and medium-haul operations, uphold the highest airmanship standards, mentor the flight deck, and deliver an outstanding passenger experience while maintaining strict compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Command A320 family aircraft with disciplined SOP adherence and sound operational judgement.
- Champion safety, threat and error management, and just‑culture reporting across every sector.
- Lead and mentor First Officers, fostering teamwork and proactive decision‑making.
- Optimize on-time performance, fuel efficiency, and passenger care without compromising safety.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cabin crew, OCC, engineering, and ground teams.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- PIC in Type: Minimum 500 hours on A320 family
- Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family
- License req.: ATPL
- Open to Lic. Holders: EASA only
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
🌟 Additional requirements & compliance
- EASA Operator Conversion Course: Already completed with an airline
- No‑incident/accident certificate: Issued by the authority or previous employer
- Background: No criminal record
