🧭 Role overview

As an A320 Family Captain, you will lead safe, efficient short- and medium-haul operations, uphold the highest airmanship standards, mentor the flight deck, and deliver an outstanding passenger experience while maintaining strict compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Command A320 family aircraft with disciplined SOP adherence and sound operational judgement.
  • Champion safety, threat and error management, and just‑culture reporting across every sector.
  • Lead and mentor First Officers, fostering teamwork and proactive decision‑making.
  • Optimize on-time performance, fuel efficiency, and passenger care without compromising safety.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with cabin crew, OCC, engineering, and ground teams.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • PIC in Type: Minimum 500 hours on A320 family
  • Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family
  • License req.: ATPL
  • Open to Lic. Holders: EASA only
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

🌟 Additional requirements & compliance

  • EASA Operator Conversion Course: Already completed with an airline
  • No‑incident/accident certificate: Issued by the authority or previous employer
  • Background: No criminal record
