Join Vietravel Airlines as a permanent A320 Captain on the Airbus A320 family. We’re looking for experienced leaders who are passionate about safe operations and delivering exceptional service—in Vietnamese—to our guests.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Fleet: Airbus A320 family (A320F)
  • Type-rated: Required for line operations; pathway available for eligible heavy-jet PICs
  • Language: Fluency in Vietnamese
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 The opportunity

As Captain, you will set the tone on the flight deck, champion safety, and lead with a customer-first mindset. You’ll operate across our growing network, mentor crew members, and embody Vietravel Airlines’ commitment to service excellence.

🧰 Minimum flight experience

  • PIC in type: Minimum 1,000 hours on A320 family (A320F)
  • Total jet time: Minimum 3,000 hours on jet airline aircraft (commercial airline and/or multi-crew operations preferred)
  • Alternative path: Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg, with the expectation to complete the A320F type rating course before operating at Vietravel Airlines

Note: Multi-crew commercial airline experience is preferred.

🌟 Licences, medical & proficiency

  • ATPL: Valid CAAV-issued
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: A320F required prior to line operations

🌟 Additional requirements

  • Language: Fluency in Vietnamese
  • Service: Demonstrated commitment to service excellence
  • Right to work: Able to live and work in Vietnam; visa sponsorship is not provided
