✈️ Lead the line as an A320 Captain
Join Vietravel Airlines as a permanent A320 Captain on the Airbus A320 family. We’re looking for experienced leaders who are passionate about safe operations and delivering exceptional service—in Vietnamese—to our guests.
🧭 The opportunity
As Captain, you will set the tone on the flight deck, champion safety, and lead with a customer-first mindset. You’ll operate across our growing network, mentor crew members, and embody Vietravel Airlines’ commitment to service excellence.
🧰 Minimum flight experience
- PIC in type: Minimum 1,000 hours on A320 family (A320F)
- Total jet time: Minimum 3,000 hours on jet airline aircraft (commercial airline and/or multi-crew operations preferred)
- Alternative path: Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg, with the expectation to complete the A320F type rating course before operating at Vietravel Airlines
Note: Multi-crew commercial airline experience is preferred.
🌟 Licences, medical & proficiency
- ATPL: Valid CAAV-issued
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: A320F required prior to line operations
🌟 Additional requirements
- Language: Fluency in Vietnamese
- Service: Demonstrated commitment to service excellence
- Right to work: Able to live and work in Vietnam; visa sponsorship is not provided
