🧭 What you’ll do

Command safe, efficient, and on-time operations across diverse routes on the A320 family, upholding rigorous SOPs and a just culture. You will set the tone on the flight deck, mentor the crew, and exercise sound judgement in dynamic, seasonal operations.

Lead all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Model exemplary CRM, fostering clear, calm, and assertive communication.
Apply robust threat and error management and make timely, data-driven decisions.
Coordinate seamlessly with cabin crew, OCC, and ground teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and reporting standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total Time: 3,000+ hours
Command Time on Type: 500+ hours PIC on A320 family
Type Rating: Current and valid on A320 family
License: ATPL — EASA holders only
Medical: Class 1
Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
