Step into the right seat of the Airbus A320 family with a permanent position and a clear pathway from cadet to line operations. If you hold a frozen ATPL and meet the entry hours, we’ll provide a full A320 type rating and transition you into a high‑performance, multi‑crew jet environment.
✈️ The opportunity
Join a professional flight deck where safety, teamwork and performance come first. You’ll complete a comprehensive A320 type rating and airline induction, followed by line training and mentoring designed for cadets transitioning to commercial jet operations.
🧭 Minimum qualifications
- Licence: Frozen ATPL (EASA or UK CAA)
- Ratings & courses: Valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- Flight time (fixed‑wing, actual flight time only):
- Option A: Minimum 140 hours with integrated ATPL theory completed; or
- Option B: Minimum 200 hours with CPL/IR training completed via a modular route
- Currency: Last flight within the preceding 6 months preferred (flexible due to COVID‑19 impacts)
Note: Ultra‑light aircraft, powered gliders, simulator and helicopter hours do not count toward the minimums.

- Airline standards induction, SOP integration, and line training
- Mentoring and performance feedback tailored to cadet progression
