✈️ What you’ll do
- Operate the Airbus A220 safely and on schedule in accordance with all Company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership in the flight deck and cabin—proactively supporting Team Members and delivering a warm, reliable Guest experience.
- Employ disciplined SOP and checklist use, strong CRM, and sound decision-making across all phases of flight and irregular operations.
- Plan and execute flights with professionalism, including proficient use of flight management systems and modern avionics.
- Maintain and disclose accurate pilot training history in accordance with the FAA PRD regulations.

🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 250 hours
- Turbine time: 500 hours
- Cross-country: 500 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Instrument: 75 hours
- Multi-engine (actual): 50 hours
- Actively flying in two of the past five years
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Upgrade readiness: Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability to upgrade to Captain in a short timeframe
- Medical: Class 1
- License required: ATP Written
- FCC permit: Valid Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
- Driver’s license: Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Passport: Valid; able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
- Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Ability to pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
- Work authorization: Authorization to work in the United States (as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986)
🌟 Preferred experience
- Previous U.S. Part 121, Part 135, or U.S. Military Aviator experience
- 500+ hours fixed-wing multi-engine time, preferably in a jet
- Experience using an FMS
🧭 Training and growth
- A220 type rating provided upon successful completion of company training (NTR welcome)
- Performance-based, accelerated upgrade pathway for qualified pilots
