🧭 About the Role

As Captain, you’ll lead end-to-end flight execution across a multi-type business jet fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and guest experience. You’ll operate within an agile, 24/7 environment—adapting to changing schedules, dynamic routing, and mission profiles. We also consider experienced First Officers to support our flight operations on a freelance basis.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise decisive, safety-first leadership as PIC, including risk assessment and real-time operational decisions.
  • Deliver a refined, client-focused cabin and cockpit experience on every sector.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to assure mission readiness.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weight/balance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
  • Champion crew resource management, mentoring, and a just culture within the flight deck.
  • Maintain currency, training, and proficiency requirements across assigned types.

  • Type Rating: Required on one or more listed fleet types
  • License: ATP (FAA accepted)
  • Medical: Class 1

  • Calm, decisive performance under pressure; excellent airmanship and CRM.
  • Schedule flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including short-notice missions.

Current or recent type ratings on one or more of the following are highly regarded:

  • Global Vision / Global Express / Global 7500
  • Gulfstream 280 / 450 / 550 / 600 / 650
  • ACJ A320
  • Challenger 604 / 605

📜 Certifications & Compliance

  • License Required: ATP (FAA accepted)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4+
  • Type Rating: Required on applicable business jet types
