Join an elite flight operations team flying world-class business jets. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Captains and First Officers to support our Flight Operations on a freelance basis within a high-tempo, client-focused environment.

Operate modern, long-range business jets across diverse missions with professionalism, precision, and discretion. You will thrive under pressure, adapt to dynamic schedules, and deliver an exceptional onboard experience while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Ensure the safe, efficient operation of assigned aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and collaborate with flight crew, dispatch, and ground teams to execute time-critical missions.
- Maintain readiness for short-notice departures within a 24/7 roster.
- Exemplify outstanding client service, confidentiality, and cultural awareness on every sector.
- Contribute to a positive, safety-first culture through disciplined decision-making and CRM.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- Jet PIC: 1,000 hours
- In type: 100 hours
- Type rating: Required
- License: ATP (FAA accepted)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
Note: First Officers with strong total time and relevant in-type experience are encouraged to apply.
