✈️ The role

As a 737NG First Officer, you’ll partner closely with the Captain and wider crew to ensure every sector is flown to the highest professional standards. You’ll balance precision and judgement, support operational decision-making, and represent the company with calm, confident professionalism wherever you fly.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning: performance calculations, fuel policy, weather and NOTAM review, and route analysis.
• Alternate between PF/PM roles, maintaining outstanding CRM, threat and error management, and safety leadership.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a small team while remaining comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to a flexible roster pattern, including late nights and early mornings, while sustaining punctuality and resilience.
• Maintain currency, training standards, and professional documentation to audit-ready levels at all times.

• Total time: 950 hours
• In type: 450 hours on Boeing 737NG
• Type rating: Required
• License req.: CPL, IR, ME
• Open to Lic. Holders: UK CAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 6
• Passport: Current passport with unrestricted ability to travel worldwide
• Working style: Capable in a small team, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Roster flexibility: Willing to work late nights and early mornings

Primary base: Stansted Airport (EGSS). To support operational reliability, you should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to relocate/commute efficiently.
