🧭 What you’ll do

• Captain DHC‑6 Twin Otter services across inter-island routes, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Lead the flight deck, mentor First Officers, and uphold company SOPs and a just-culture safety environment.
• Collaborate with ground and engineering teams to deliver reliable, community-first service.
• Exercise sound operational judgment with a focus on terrain, weather, and performance planning.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• Pilot-in-command (PIC): 500 hours
• Multi-engine time: 1,000 hours
