Technical Pilot — Boeing Fleet

✈️ Role overview

This role blends high-impact technical stewardship with active line flying. You will influence fleet safety, performance, and procedures across Riyadh Air’s Boeing operations, ensuring that technical decisions translate into world-class operational execution.

🧭 What you will do

• Act as a key member of the Flight Operations team and primary point of contact with Boeing, airline partners, OEMs, and suppliers.
• Represent Flight Operations on all Boeing technical issues, addressing new and ongoing fleet concerns and operational technical matters.
• Operate on the line in addition to fulfilling technical management responsibilities.

🧰 What you will bring

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a commercial pilot, with extensive flying on types relevant to the Riyadh Air fleet, including the B787 family.
• Minimum of 5+ years of command experience on Boeing aircraft.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory/management role within a large airline flight operations environment.
• Holds, or has held, a Check Airman approval or equivalent (e.g., TRI/TRE).
• Valid ICAO ATPL, unrestricted Class 1 medical certificate, and ICAO English Level 5 or higher.
• Recency requirement: at least 150 hours logged in command within the 12 months prior to joining.
