  • License: CPL + IR + MEFAA or ICAO

  • Preferred Experience: Instructor/check pilot or FAR 121 line experience on Boeing aircraft

🧭 About the Role

You’ll be a key link between Flight Operations, Training, Engineering, and Safety—turning operational insight into clear, data-informed procedures and technical guidance for the Boeing 787 program. From refining SOPs and manuals to supporting performance and dispatch solutions, your work will directly impact day-to-day flying quality and safety.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Develop, review, and refine flight ops documentation (SOPs, FCOM/QRH inputs, bulletins) for the 787 fleet.
  • Support performance, weight & balance, and dispatch/operational decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze operational feedback, FDM insights, and reliability data to identify trends and implement mitigations.
  • Coordinate with Training to align procedures with simulator scenarios, training guides, and checking standards.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Maintenance, and OEM guidance to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with regulatory interfaces and documentation for approvals, revisions, and audits.
  • Provide technical support to line operations, including route, airport, and special operations considerations.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint to produce clear analyses, briefs, and presentations.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3,000 hours total time with experience flying transport category aircraft.
  • Current Boeing 787 or 777 type rating.
  • CPL, IR, ME with FAA or ICAO privileges.
  • Valid Class 2 medical and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and technical communication.
  • Preferred: Instructor or check pilot experience, or FAR 121 line experience on Boeing aircraft.
  • Clear, collaborative communication style and a quality-first, safety-centric mindset.
